What is therabreath ?
TheraBreath is a product line aimed at oral Hygene. They manufacture many different types of toothbrushes, toothpastes and mouthwashes. Each product is based on a special forumla used by Dor Harold Katz who is a qualified in both microbiology and dentristy. You may have seen Therabreath on television in recent years . Shows such as CBS, The View and Good Morning America. In these shows Dr Katz discuses how to deal with bad breath the causes and other dental related problems.
How Does it work?
The idea behind Therabreath is that volatile sulfur compounds (VSC’s) are the cause of most bad breath problems. By treating these VSC’s in your mouth you are able inhibit the ability of the bacteria to grow. This stops the breath from smelling leaving a fresh smelling breath.
Who is it made by?
It was made by Dr Katz who is the founder of The California Breath Clinis. He is a recognised expert in the field of bad breath. He graduate from the UCLA School of Dentistry.
When was it made?
It was released in 1997 and has been Americas #1 selling fresh breath solution. It is still very popular today in 2010.
Does Therabreath work?
A study of using Oxygenating TheraBreath Products on bad breath patients was conducted. The study looked at 25 subjects who all suffered from common signs of bad breath and tested before and after the study using a measuring device called a Halimeter. The study showed a decrease in the Halimeter readings while increasing their levels of saliva production
